About Redeemer Tree & Land, Northumberland County, PA
Built from scratch. Guided by purpose. Accountable to something bigger than a bottom line.
We Aren’t Just Another Tree Company
There are plenty of operations in Northumberland County that will cut your tree down, throw the brush in a pile, and send you an invoice. That’s not what this is.
Redeemer Tree & Land was founded on a simple but demanding idea — that the people who trust you with their property deserve more than labor. They deserve honesty, careful planning, professional standards, and someone who treats their land the way they’d want their own treated.
That’s the standard we hold ourselves to on every job. Not because it’s good marketing. Because it’s the right way to work.
Austin Fiedler,
is a certified arborist serving Northumberland County and central northeastern Pennsylvania — and the founder, operator, and face of Redeemer Tree & Land.
He grew up in rural Pennsylvania, learned to work hard and work right from the time he could hold a tool, played football at Penn State, and spent years building experience in the tree and land management industry before starting this company in February 2025.
That background matters — not as a résumé line, but as context for how Austin approaches the work. He’s not guessing. He’s not winging it. He’s applying years of field experience, certified arborist knowledge, and a deep respect for the properties he works on to every project he takes on.
When Austin walks your property, you’re not getting a salesman. You’re getting someone who genuinely knows trees, understands land, and will tell you the truth about what he sees — even when that truth is inconvenient.
Why "Redeemer"
The name isn’t accidental.
Redemption — restoring something to its full potential, giving back what time or neglect has taken — is at the core of what this business does and how it operates.
It shows up in the work: reclaiming overgrown land, restoring broken driveways, removing hazardous trees, and solving drainage problems that have been quietly damaging properties for years. Every project is an act of bringing a property closer to what it was meant to be.
It also shows up in the values: faith, integrity, stewardship, and a commitment to serving clients the way Austin believes he’s called to serve,
not with shortcuts, not with sales tactics, and not with the kind of vague promises that disappear after the check clears.
What We Actually Believe About This Work
Most people will own one property in their lifetime. One home. One farm. One piece of land that carries real meaning — for their family, their finances, and their future.
When someone asks us to work on that property, we don’t take that lightly. We plan the job deliberately. We communicate clearly before, during, and after. We set expectations about ground disturbance, timelines, and outcomes — and we hold ourselves to them.
We also believe in telling clients what they need to hear, not just what they want to hear. If a tree can be saved, we’ll say so. If a drainage solution is outside what your budget will actually fix, we’ll tell you. If the scope of a job changes, you’ll know before the invoice does.
That’s what we mean when we say we hold our clients like friends without sacrificing professionalism. It’s not a tagline. It’s the operating standard.
The ISA Certified Arborist credential isn’t a marketing badge, it represents a tested, verified level of knowledge about tree biology, risk assessment, pruning standards, and best practices for tree care.
For you as a property owner, it means the person assessing your trees isn’t guessing.
It means recommendations are grounded in industry standards, not convenience. It means when Austin tells you a tree is hazardous, structurally sound, worth saving, or beyond recovery — that assessment carries real professional weight.
In a market full of “tree guys” with a truck and a chainsaw, that distinction matters.
A Hybrid Operation Built for Properties Like Yours
Redeemer Tree & Land occupies a unique space in the market — and that’s intentional.
We’re not purely a tree service. Not purely a landscaper. Not purely an excavation company. We’re a deliberate hybrid of all three, built to serve residential homeowners and farm properties that need more than one kind of expertise on the same piece of land.
That means a single point of contact for tree removal, stump grinding, forestry mulching, land clearing, drainage solutions, driveway restoration, and firewood services — all delivered with the same standards, the same communication, and the same commitment to your property’s long-term value.
